Yes. We have enough Gold and Silver VIP packages for all previous VIP purchasers from both San Francisco shows to book the same package types and quantities for San Jose. That's why we're using unique codes with purchase limits.

Please book during the VIP presale: Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. through Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. You'll choose new seats when you book.

Ticketmaster has confirmed that two Gold codes or two Silver codes cannot be used in the same order. We're sorry for the confusion.

Some original purchases appeared as separate entries in the purchaser list, so we sent more than one code for those packages. We've now emailed replacement codes to customers who received more than one code for the same package type at the same email address. Each new code covers the full quantity for that package type, including packages bought for either or both SF dates. Your total package allowance has not changed. The earlier codes listed in your replacement email are now invalid. Please use your new code for Monday's presale. Any other code marked as unchanged in that email still applies.

If you have one Gold code and one Silver code, Ticketmaster has confirmed that you can use both in the same order. Each unlocks its own package type. After entering the first code, you may need to return to the Filter tab to see the other offer.

The presale opens Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. Pacific and closes Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. There are enough VIP packages for previous purchasers from both SF shows to book their original package types and quantities during the presale. You'll choose new seats, and we can't guarantee specific seat locations or seats together. For the best choice, we recommend being online as close to the start time as possible.

If you passed one of the affected codes to a friend, please share the replacement email with them so you can coordinate your booking. Each replacement code is single-use, so book all the packages you want with it in one checkout. Any unused allowance cannot be used later.

You'll choose new seats for San Jose. Your San Francisco seats won't carry over, and we can't guarantee the same seat locations or adjoining seats.

For the best choice of VIP seat locations, be online as close as possible to the presale start on Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. Pacific. If you received multiple codes for one original order, see the answer above for our update on booking your packages together.

Yes. Your VIP code isn't tied to your Ticketmaster account or email address, so you can pass it to a friend to book from their own account.

The code still covers the same package type and number of packages, and it can only be used once during the VIP presale. Make sure only one of you uses it, and book all the packages you want with that code in one checkout.

SF VIP package buyers can book Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. through Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. SF standard ticket buyers can book Wednesday, September 23 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, September 24 at 10 p.m. Pacific. Tickets open to everyone on Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Your code arrives by email on Thursday, September 17.

You can still book at the public sale on or after Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific, while supplies last. Your presale code only works during your window.

We encourage you to book as early as you can within your presale window. The earlier you book, the better your odds of the best seats.

For all orders purchased directly through Ticketmaster, your refund will go back to your original payment method automatically. If you purchased your ticket through a third party, please contact your original point of purchase.

Ticketmaster issues refunds on Thursday, September 17 and says they can take 14–21 days, depending on your bank. Expect yours by Thursday, October 8 at the latest. We hope it arrives sooner.

We know that can make booking again difficult. We delayed the presale dates to give refunds more time to land. If you need more time, you can still book at the public sale on or after Friday, September 25, while supplies last.

Emails go out on Thursday, September 17 from updates@m.velvet.live to the address on your Ticketmaster order. Check your spam folder first. Then get in touch at help@showandtelllive.com with your original order number and the email address you used to book your tickets.

If you bought through a resale marketplace, please contact the marketplace where you paid for your tickets. Their support team can help with your purchase and refund questions. We can only verify the original Ticketmaster buyer's information, so we're unable to check or resolve resale purchases.

SeatGeek has confirmed it recognizes the cancellation, so SeatGeek buyers can request their refund through SeatGeek Support.

If a friend transferred tickets to you, please contact the original buyer. Ticketmaster's refund goes back to the original payment method, and the presale code goes to the original buyer too.

Yes. Guests under 14 must be with an adult who is 18 or older.
