We're sorry for the change of plans, the extra travel, and the trouble of booking again. The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco (SF) had no dates open when Dan & Phil are available, so the Bay Area show is moving to San Jose Civic. It's a bigger room than both SF shows combined, so there's space for everyone who wants to come. To join us, you'll need to book new tickets. Previous San Francisco buyers book first.

Your refund

Bought directly from Ticketmaster?: Nothing to do. Ticketmaster issues refunds on Thursday, September 17, back to your original payment method. Allow 14–21 days from then, so expect yours by Thursday, October 8 at the latest, depending on your bank.
Bought from a third-party seller?: Your refund comes from that seller, so contact them directly. It will not arrive automatically.
Closed or changed the card you paid with?: Contact Ticketmaster customer service and they can help.
Will San Jose cost the same?: Yes. Tickets and packages are priced the same as the SF shows.

Can I use my old tickets in San Jose?: You'll need to book new ones. The two Palace of Fine Arts shows are cancelled, and your old tickets won't work at San Jose Civic.
Will I have the same seats?: You'll choose new seats when you book.
When can I book?: SF VIP package buyers can book Monday, September 21 at 10 a.m. through Tuesday, September 22 at 10 p.m. Pacific. SF standard ticket buyers can book Wednesday, September 23 at 10 a.m. through Thursday, September 24 at 10 p.m. Pacific. Tickets open to everyone on Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Your code arrives by email on Thursday, September 17.
What if I miss my presale window?: You can still book at the public sale on Friday, September 25 at 10 a.m. Pacific. Your presale code only works during your window.
I bought four VIP packages. Can I book four again?: Yes. If you bought all four in one order and they were all the same package, you'll get one code that lets you book up to four. If you placed two orders for two packages each, you'll get two codes that each let you book up to two. Gold codes are for Gold packages, and Silver codes are for Silver packages. You can book fewer if you like.
Do I need to ask for a refund?: For all orders purchased directly through Ticketmaster, your refund will go back to your original payment method automatically. If you purchased your ticket through a third party, please contact your original point of purchase.
When will the money be back in my account?: Ticketmaster issues refunds on Thursday, September 17 and says they can take 14–21 days, depending on your bank. Expect yours by Thursday, October 8 at the latest. We hope it arrives sooner.
What if I'm still waiting for my refund when booking opens?: We know that can make booking again difficult. We delayed the presale dates to give refunds more time to land. If you need more time, you can still book at the public sale on or after Friday, September 25, while supplies last.
My code isn't working, the number of packages looks wrong, or I haven't received an email. What should I do?: Emails go out on Thursday, September 17 from updates@m.velvet.live to the address on your Ticketmaster order. Check your spam folder first. Then get in touch at help@showandtelllive.com with your original order number and the email address you used to book your tickets.
Someone transferred tickets to me, or I bought through another seller. What happens now?: All original tickets were sold through Ticketmaster, so the refund always goes from Ticketmaster to the original buyer, no matter how the ticket changed hands. The presale code goes to the original buyer too. If you're not the original buyer, contact whoever you bought or received your ticket from. We can only verify the original purchase.
Is the show all ages?: Yes. Guests under 14 must be with an adult who is 18 or older.
I need accessible seating or another accommodation. Can you help?: Please get in touch with tickets@sanjose.org (the venue's box office) before booking so the venue team can help with what you need.
